Illuminate Family and Cosmetic Dentistry

I’m one of those people who are NOT at all comfortable with going to the dentist, I never have been and I never will. However, when I went to Illuminate Family and Cosmetic Dentistry I had a whole different experience. The only thing I can compare it to is an all inclusive resort. I was welcomed and felt comfortable and was taken care of like I was the only person who mattered. If I can fall asleep in the middle of the procedure I was there for that means in my book that this is the dentist office that all others need to base EVERYTHING they do off of. A HUGE thank you to my dentist; Dr. Benedetti and two of the BEST dental hygienists in the WORLD Valerie and Megan. You three are an AMAZING team. Again, thank you very much for Shawn P.

The office is spotless and thoughtfully designed, and Mariah is an absolute delight at the front desk! I’ve been a loyal patient of this practice for decades, and I’m incredibly grateful for the exceptional care and support I receive for my teeth. I took a break for a few years due to personal reasons, but when I returned, it felt like I had never left. Brandy and Dr. Boudreau have a gentle touch, which is reassuring, especially since dental visits can sometimes be intimidating. Also, If you need any additional work done, the office explains the cost beforehand.

Dr. H and Taylor were both the kindest people I have ever encountered in a dental office! They were friendly, personable, gentle, patient, and caring. It felt like they actually cared about me as a person and not just treating me as the next patient to get through. Being someone who has some anxiety when it comes to dentist appointments, I was even offered a pillow, blanket, and the choice of music to listen to to help calm me. Taylor walked me through each step she was performing, explaining thoroughly and making sure I understood what was happening. Overall, just a great experience! So happy that I found this place!

Very friendly staff, and Dr Benedetti is great. (I’ve had one occasion to see Dr H, and he seems just as friendly and helpful.). There is a tv in each treatment room-on the ceiling so you can see it. Best to plan what you want to see on Netflix! It may feel odd, but it goes a long way to making you more comfortable and less anxious, especially if you’re going to be there awhile! Highly recommend!

The first picture is a screen shot of me talking last week. The other one is today, look how clean my bottom teeth are! Great job, great people too
